Wednesday UFO Progress

I am still working along with Jo over at Jo’s Country Junction working on UFO’s . A little progress has been made on my UFO. Monday evening was spent sewing a second line on the flippy squares so that when I cut the flippy part off, I will have a half square triangle, cleaning up in my sewing room and cutting out pieces needed for Bonnie Hunter’s Fourth of July quilt. Once I get this one finished, I will be caught up on all the quilts that I started that were Bonnie Hunter patterns except for the Mystery quilt that is in process now.

While I was cleaning up I found a piece of red that I wanted to use (which hadn’t been put up from using earlier) so I took it to the cutting table and laid it out. I had found an oldie but goody. I totally miss seeing this on the labels of fabric that is purchased now.

Now when you look at the selvage, you see it is copyrighted and that it is not really yours to use as you please. You definitely do not see that is was made or printed in the USA.

Here is where I am at on the Fourth of July quilt, and I managed to get some of the pieces cut for some of the four patches on the mystery quilt.

I hope you are having a quilty week!

Happy quilting!
